I haven’t concluded my summer. Here’s my 2008 summer to-do list.

Anyways, I felt I had quite the fulfilling summer. I went to Seattle, WA to intern with Giannina, I spent time with Kevin in Kingston. I didn’t go rockclimbing as much as I had wanted to. And I didn’t go to an amusement park. I miss roller coasters. I thrive off of adrenaline rushes. Aside from the list I also did some unexpected things, like I helped Kevin make his alien movie. And then I was actually in a webisode series called New Kids on the Rock. Good times. The main downside of the summer was the job problem. Seattle in this sense, kind of screwed me over. I was there for the whole month of June and missed the oppurtunity to get a fairly decent job. I did have a few interviews, two photography jobs, one Newbury Comics, filled out a bunch of applications… with the interviews I got turned down because of my college schedule and the rest I blew on my own due to my lack of confidence. Live and learn, I guess. I’m now applying to Joann Fabrics and the Christmas Tree Shop. I currently work as a File Organizer for an attorney.

When next summer comes along, I want to buy either a wetsuit and a surfboard, a kayak, or a motorcycle.

This has been one fufillingly productive summer and I will certainly look back on it fondly.
